Orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business day. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number. Shibaddhair.com ships packages via USPS. You can track your order with the number provided at Usps com for real time updates.
Local Delivery policy:
All orders placed by 3pm will be scheduled for delivery by 8pm on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be scheduled for delivery on the next day except on Sunday. There will be no local deliveries on Sunday. Once your order is processed and prepared for delivery you will be contacted on the phone number provided to schedule a delivery time. Three attempts to contact you will be made. If we are unable to reach you, same day delivery cannot be guaranteed. All deliveries require signature confirmation, or photo confirmation. Signature must be waved via note section on order page or email. ***
